We've survived four recessions because we ask better questions than everyone else, then actually build what the customer didn't know they could have. A couple of calls about a small driveway extension — you notice the garbage cans crammed in the garage, ask one question, and an hour later, you've redesigned the whole project. COMPENSATION Salary plus bonuses, Company car + gas card (season), company phone, 50% of health insurance premiums covered. Salary and bonuses are discussed further at the initial interview. Realistic total for a full season: $75,000–$115,000. Responsibilities: • Run estimate visits across the Twin Cities metro. Read the property — drainage, layout, what the customer didn't think to mention — and design a solution that's better than what they called about. • Present the proposal at the customer's home and close it. Walk through scope and price, handle objections, leave with a signed contract when you can. • Complete all job documentation for the crew. Job sheets must contain everything needed for installation — nothing left for a follow-up call. • Own the customer relationship from signed contract through final payment. Check-in calls while the job runs. Payment collected at completion. Referral asked at the end. • Log all customer communications, estimate photos, and follow-up notes in Zoho the day of the visit. • Maintain the company vehicle and gas card assigned to this role. • Return all customer calls within 24 hours. Qualifications: Required: • Solid knowledge of residential asphalt and/or exterior flatwork concrete. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Available Monday through Saturday, including evenings. • U.S. work authorization. • Ability to pass a background check. You do NOT need: • Prior experience in driveway sales, specifically. • Experience with all Driveway Design products — we train on proprietary work. • A college degree. Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 yearly
