This role is about more than sales, it’s about being the calm in the chaos. You will be on the front lines helping people when they need reassurance and solutions most.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Development & Client Relations
· Respond rapidly to emergency referral opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
· Develop referral partnerships with mitigation firms, adjusters, contractors, and insurers.
· Maintain consistent client communication from first call through project completion.
· Actively generate new business through networking, events, and field outreach.
Sales Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to inbound referrals from mitigation partners and insurance professionals.
· Meet customers on-site to explain the packout process and scope of services.
· Obtain all work authorizations and service agreement signatures.
· Conduct high-level digital content walk-through and preliminary inventory.
· Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates for packout, cleaning, and storage services.
· Coordinate insurance approvals and transition jobs to operations.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
· Maintain CRM records of all contacts, leads, and job activity.
· Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting.
· Analyze market trends and referral effectiveness.
· Performance Metrics (KPIs)
· Monthly revenue production targets (Placeholder).
· New referral partners added per month (Placeholder).
· Weekly site visits and customer meetings.
· Authorization-to-conversion ratio.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary + Commission
· Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for all approved business travel

Qualifications
· Proven outside sales experience in service-based industries.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· High emotional intelligence and resilience.
· CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive frequently.
· Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
