Geiger Pump & Equipment is seeking a technically knowledgeable, relationship‑focused Outside Sales Engineer to support and grow our Municipal business across Central Pennsylvania.

As an Outside Sales Engineer, you’ll directly impact the success and growth of our Municipal group. Your expertise ensures communities maintain safe and efficient water and wastewater operations.

What You’ll Do

Champion Geiger’s core values of Continuous Improvement, Customer focus, and Teamwork

Develop and grow municipal territory business across Eastern PA.

Build strong relationships with end users, consulting engineers, and contractors.

Provide technical guidance on equipment selection and design decisions.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead identification through project follow‑up.

Conduct jobsite visits and attend project meetings.

Collaborate with the Municipal Applications Engineering team.

Represent Geiger at industry events.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or water/wastewater industries.

Strong communication skills.

Highly organized, self‑directed, adaptable, enthusiastic

Able to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Willing to travel throughout Central PA.
