    About the Role

    As a Fire & Life Safety Consultant, you’ll drive growth by connecting commercial kitchens with our essential, regulation-driven services. You’ll be the face of Kitchen Guard in the region—educating, consulting, and closing deals that help businesses stay safe, compliant, and operational.

    This is an outside sales role with a clear market advantage: our services are required by law, making them easier to sell and harder to compete with.

    What You’ll Do

    Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities

    Present and promote our fire and life safety solutions to restaurant and facility decision-makers

    Build and maintain strong client relationships

    Develop proposals, including safety solutions, cost estimates, and timelines

    Achieve or exceed sales targets

    Stay current with compliance standards and industry best practices

    Conduct client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven B2B sales success (restaurant, kitchen, or industrial sectors a plus)

    Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

    Motivated self-starter who thrives with autonomy

    Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Ability to explain technical info clearly to clients

    Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs (occasionally required)

    Preferred but Not Required

    Experience in facility services, fire safety, or commercial kitchens

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Safety Engineering, or related field
