    Base Salary: $40,000–$60,000

    Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses

    Total Compensation Potential: $60,000–$300,000+

    Kitchen Guard Phoenix is looking for a self-starter who knows how to open doors, win trust, and close deals. In this role, you’ll help protect commercial kitchens from fire hazards while building a high-performing book of business in a rapidly growing market.

    About the Role

    As an Outside Sales Representative, you will identify and close new business opportunities with restaurants, commercial kitchens, and facility operators throughout the Phoenix metro area. You'll perform in-person inspections, document findings with photos and notes, and deliver digital proposals that help businesses stay safe and compliant with fire codes.

    You’ll have the opportunity to work in the field, interact with a wide range of business owners, and play a direct role in improving public safety. No two days are the same.

    What You’ll Do

    Prospect and close B2B sales with restaurants, commercial kitchens, facilities, and hospitality operators

    Build a pipeline through cold calling, cold emailing, in-person visits, referrals, and follow-up

    Conduct rooftop and kitchen inspections to evaluate exhaust systems, fans, filters, and ductwork

    Document findings using CompanyCam and present proposals through PandaDoc

    Maintain accurate CRM data in ServiceMinder and manage follow-up timelines

    Coordinate inspection schedules based on restaurant availability—including early morning, late evening, or weekend access

    Who We’re Looking For

    Sales Experience and Industry Knowledge

    Proven B2B sales success in restaurants, commercial cleaning, HVAC, or facilities

    Comfortable with cold outreach, door-to-door visits, and following up with persistence

    Existing restaurant or facility service contacts in Phoenix a major advantage

    Communication and Tech Proficiency

    Confident speaking to business owners, asking questions, and explaining services clearly

    Proficient using a laptop, smartphone, CRM (ServiceMinder), CompanyCam, PandaDoc, Google Workspace

    Hands-On Work Ethic

    Not afraid to climb on a roof, check greasy filters, or inspect fan belts

    Comfortable working in heat, tight spaces, and commercial kitchens

    Handy with tools and basic mechanical inspections preferred

    Organized and Reliable

    Self-disciplined and consistent with documentation, follow-up, and proposal accuracy

    Able to manage your own schedule and follow a structured sales process

    Physical Requirements

    Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and climb ladders

    Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in variable weather conditions

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with commercial kitchen services, restaurant operations, or facility maintenance

    Certifications in sales, compliance, or technical service fields

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus
