Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Passionate about selling • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Outgoing and loves to talk to people • A Real estate license is required to sell real estate.
