Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan
