Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
