Responsibilities: • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
