This position will produce a 6 figure earning but will require you to door knock 15 doors of highly motivated leads per day. You must have the ability to drive through Oakland and Macomb counties to reach our highly targeted leads. Join our team and be mentored in the Real Estate industry. Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Knock on 15+ pre-qualified leads per day (foreclosures, vacant homes, etc.) • Contact leads through calls, texts, FaceBook, and in-person visits — whatever it takes • Help distressed homeowners understand their selling options • Use our CRM to track progress, notes, and follow-ups • Build trust and rapport with property owners Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Ability to work independently • Ability to Door knock leads located throughout Oakland and Macomb Counties Compensation: $96,000
