    This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with hybrid hours requiring you to be in the office on Monday and Friday. At this time, we are only considering applicants located within a 30-mile radius of San Jose, CA, with authorization to work in the U.S. Responsibilities: • Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders • Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients Qualifications: • Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • A candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular, renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT) • Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred Compensation: $118,500+ annually at plan commission
