The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, and ready to use our training, tools, and mentorship to succeed. This role is 100% commission — your income is directly tied to your effort and results. Qualifications: • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect virtually. • Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required — we provide comprehensive training. • Self-starter with a business mindset and the discipline to work independently. • Comfortable using technology, including video calls and online quoting systems. • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid U.S. life insurance license — we’ll guide you through the process. Compensation: $125,000+ per year
