Job Description

This is primarily a sales role. Responsibilities include the followings :

Account management and follow-up with existing customers

New business development (in-person visits, phone, and email outreach)

On-site technical support Besides your primary sales responsibilities above, you may also be required to assist with assembly work as needed.

Products We Handle

Industrial pumps (general)

Flagship Product #1: Trochoid pumps

Flagship Product #2: Filter-integrated pumps for coolant units used with machine tools

Custom units built using the above products

Ideal Candidate

Motivated and proactive in sales activities

Comfortable with new business development and cold outreach

Open to using social media for sales and marketing

Interested in manufacturing, mechanical equipment, and industrial products such as pumps

Willing to learn product knowledge and assembly skills on the job

Reliable and accountable when supporting customers on site

Education: Associate degree or higher.

Experience: Not required. No prior sales or mechanical-assembly experience necessary — interest and motivation are what matter most.

Requirements:

Physical ability to lift approximately 30 kg (about 66 lbs), as some pumps and accessories are heavy

Valid driver's license (for customer visits / to be confirmed)

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of industrial or mechanical products

B2B sales experience

Experience with social media for business

Japanese-language communication skills

$48,960 〜 $60,000 / year
