We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join their Payment Integrity team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting their suite of payment integrity solutions to healthcare payers, providers, and third-party administrators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in consultative sales.
 Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business within assigned territory.
 - Identify and engage key decision-makers at health plans, hospitals, and provider networks.
 - Present and promote payment integrity solutions, including audit services, data analytics, and recovery programs.
 - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
 - Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, legal) to tailor solutions to client needs.
 - Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
 - Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to expand market presence.
 - Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
 - 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in payment integrity, healthcare, or revenue cycle.
 - Proven success in consultative selling and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
 - Strong understanding of healthcare claims, audits, and reimbursement processes.
 - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
 - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
 
Preferred:
- Experience selling to health plans, TPAs, or hospital systems.
 - Familiarity with payment integrity tools, analytics platforms, or recovery services.
 - Existing network of healthcare industry contacts.
 
Location: Saddle River NJ, or Remote, but must be open to commute to NJ Office.
Salary: $100K + Commissions
