RepublicEVS is a family owned and operated business. RepEVS is a leading provider of emergency vehicles and emergency medical equipment in CA, AZ, NV and UT. We are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in our growing territory. We currently have a large book of business in Arizona that we continue to grow, and we were just awarded the state of Utah to develop. This is a rewarding career not only in the sense of compensation but also in also in the fact that we are indirectly contributing to saving lives through the vehicles and equipment we deliver to Fire, EMS and Hospital based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Visit potential and existing customers in Arizona and Utah to present and promote our vehicles and equipment.
• Product Demonstrations: Encourage customers to participate in product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our emergency vehicles and medical equipment.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.

· Travel: Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable, well-kept personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license, car insurance and a satisfactory driving record.

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with PC operating systems: Word, Excel, Teams Meetings, Power Point, PDF and so forth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision with a results-driven approach.

· Exempt employee work schedule. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. On occasion, salesperson must be able to work evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact, time at conferences and business obligations.

Requirements:

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience minimum. Preferred AA or bachelor’s degree.

· Driving Record Requirements : Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, free from major violations or at-fault accidents, for a minimum of three years.

· Driving Skills and Experience : Candidates must have experience or demonstrate comfortability in driving large vehicles such as ambulances.
