    Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, a strong desire to close deals, eager to learn and is adaptable.

    This is a commission-driven role, offering strong earning potential for a self-starter who is comfortable being on the road and building long-term partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Visit fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, designers, and builders regularly (4+ days/week on the road)

    Develop new business and expand existing accounts in Philly area OR North Jersey / Manhattan / Brooklyn area

    Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

    Present and promote quartz and natural stone products

    Manage and update quartz sample displays at customer locations

    Follow up on leads, quotes, and ongoing projects

    Stay informed on product trends, pricing, and market activity

    Coordinate with internal team for order processing and customer support

    Work at least one Saturday per month (abbreviated hours) to support showroom activity and customer needs

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in stone, surfaces, construction, or related industry (preferred but not required)

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Self-motivated, organized, adaptable and positive attitiude

    Comfortable working independently and managing a territory

    Willingness to travel locally and be on the road most of the week

    Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow income through commission
