Outside Sales Executive - Hybrid
Job Summary:
Our Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by selling shades, blinds and curtains to small, medium, and large companies. This role involves a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs related to window shades. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a strong background in interior furnishing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prospecting and Lead Generation
· Identify and target new business opportunities
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
· Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
Consultative Selling:
1\. Meet with potential clients
2\. Present and demonstrate the benefits of the company
3\. Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that address client-specific challenges.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
1\. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
2\. Create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
3\. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and adapt sales approaches.
4\. Negotiation and Closing:
1\. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to close new business deals.
2\. Ensure all sales agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
3\. Work with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new clients.
4\. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
5\. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
6\. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of shades, window blinds and curtains
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team environment.
· Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
