Responsibilities: • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Relentless lead follow-up • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • CRM and Database mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
