Responsibilities: • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Market and sell our new manufactured housing inventory Qualifications: • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Great phone presence with a closer mentality Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
