Excellent Roofing, Memphis, The Premier Roofing Contractor in Memphis is NOW HIRING for an Outside Sales Rep/Estimator to manage a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, and price roofing projects.
COMPENSATION: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, base + bonuses.

This is a full-time, heavily commissioned position with the ability to make your own schedule. This position requires no more than 40 hours per week. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Qualifications:
4+ years previous roofing, or construction estimating, and or insurance adjusting experience. Successful outside sales experience needed. Experience in Building Materials, Siding, Roofing, Door to Door Sales, Real Estate, Sun Rooms and other consumer related sales are a great fit.
Professional appearance
Proven sales experience in roofing, retail and insurance is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and ability to climb and inspect roofs.
Xactimate Estimating or Cotality experience is a plus.
Valid Drivers License
Summary of Responsibilities:
Conduct outside sales activities to identify, network and acquire new customers and leads.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Run leads given, climb roofs, inspect roofs for potential storm damage, estimate projects, take photos, mark roofs for insurance-related damages, and close the sale.
Utilize company CRM software to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sale process.
Communicate with customers, adjusters or property managers as needed to complete the roofing sale.
Follow up on estimate submittals to close the deal.
The Estimator/Sales Rep is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid, price, and sell roofing projects.
They are responsible for ensuring an accurate scope of work is created, delivering a consistent and complete estimate, and maintaining a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers involved in roofing services.
The Estimator/Sales Rep must stay updated on design requirements, codes, materials and use expertise to prepare accurate budgets and proposals.
