About the Role:

Join ODYSSEY CONTRACTING LLC as an Outside Sales Rep and be a key player in driving our growth in Garner, NC. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Attend networking events and trade shows to promote our services.

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Knowledge of the construction or contracting industry is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
