    We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling.     Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and close new business with ophthalmology and optometry practices (and other medical verticals as assigned)

    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools

    • Deliver engaging, solution-based product demos to clinicians and administrative staff

    • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies

    • Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis

    • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and customer success initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of sales experience , preferably in medical sales, SaaS, or healthcare technology

    • Familiarity with ophthalmology or optometry markets is a strong plus

    • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

    • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

    • Ability to travel occasionally for industry conferences or client meetings
