Sales Representative – SaaS Medical Sales

Our cutting-edge platform is built specifically for healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on ophthalmology and ASCs, but expanding rapidly into other verticals.
We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling. If you thrive in a dynamic startup environment and are passionate about healthcare technology, we'd love to hear from you.
Prospect and close new business with ophthalmology and optometry practices (and other medical verticals as assigned)
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
Deliver engaging, solution-based product demos to clinicians and administrative staff
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and customer success initiatives
2+ years of sales experience , preferably in medical sales, SaaS, or healthcare technology
Familiarity with ophthalmology or optometry markets is a strong plus
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to travel occasionally for industry conferences or client meetings
