Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000 at plan
