What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, sales-driven role where your hustle directly impacts your income.

Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services

Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work

Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency

Stay Organized: Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline

Stay Mobile: Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle

We provide full training on our sales process and products.

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)

Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people

Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred)

Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens

Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
