We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join a division poised for major expansion over the next five years. What You’ll Do
- Drive growth across your assigned territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up. Set appointments, deliver compelling presentations, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing industry-specific needs, crafting tailored proposals, and developing custom solutions alongside internal teams.
- Provide technical support for tanks, boxes, filtration equipment, pumps, pipes, and hoses at job sites.
- Partner with branch and regional leadership to develop annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue targets.
- Interpret blueprints and CADD documents to accurately align with customer requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage customer records, interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Take on additional assignments as needed in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including under equipment and in dusty or noisy environments
- Proven success expanding a territory and growing existing accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer proficiency
- Construction or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Industry experience in industrial tank/box, filtration, petrochemical, construction, mining, or oil & gas is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Up to 10% overnight travel
