Squeegee Squad Indianapolis is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial service business. This position combines lead generation, customer consultations, estimating, and relationship building throughout the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities
Meet with residential and commercial customers to provide estimates for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related services
Follow up with leads generated through company marketing efforts, Google leads, referrals, and other lead sources
Conduct door-to-door canvassing and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities
Prospect using online resources and lead generation platforms
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, homeowners, and other potential clients
Track sales activity, estimates, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments accurately
Maintain organized records using Google Sheets, Google Docs, email, and company software
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize account value
Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with office staff and operations teams
Consistently work toward individual sales and revenue goals
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Ability to operate a company vehicle
