** About The Position**
Summit Construction Group is hiring high-energy exterior sales reps who are ready to crush it! We specialize in roofing, siding, and window replacement for both storm restoration and retail projects—most of our work comes through homeowners insurance claims for hail and wind damage.
** The Money? It’s There.**
Earn up to 50% of gross profit on every sale you close. Work hard through the season, clear $100K+, then take winters off. Our top performers? They’re bringing in $200-300K per season. This is 1099, commission-only, but we offer monthly draws so your income stays consistent. Bottom line: nobody working this full-time makes less than six figures.
** Who We Want**
Construction experience helps, but it’s not a dealbreaker. We’ve brought in killers from real estate, car sales, telemarketing, debt collection, restaurants, and customer service—they all found success fast. Enthusiasm and high-energy individuals always make the most.
** You need:**

∙ Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (pickup truck is a plus)
