Position Overview

Legacy Ridge Exteriors is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who can meet directly with homeowners, educate them on exterior upgrade solutions, and close home improvement projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment and enjoys helping homeowners improve the comfort, energy efficiency, and appearance of their homes.

The Sales Closer will identify opportunities, conduct in-home consultations, present product solutions, and guide homeowners through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Inspect and evaluate exterior home improvement needs
• Educate homeowners on windows, doors, siding, and exterior upgrade options
• Present product demonstrations and financing options
• Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
• Close sales and assist customers through the project onboarding process
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project timeline
• Represent Legacy Ridge Exteriors with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
