We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth with key accounts and complex projects across international markets.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow customer relationships with engineers, and procurement teams

Identify and pursue new project opportunities in industrial and energy markets worldwide

Conduct on-site evaluations, technical presentations, and solution-based consultations

Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop customized surge control solutions

Lead quoting, pricing, and contract negotiations for large-scale projects

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of outside sales experience in manufacturing or engineered industrial equipment

While a strong background in surge control, pressure management, valves, pumps, or flow control systems is advantageous, a demonstrated willingness to learn and a genuine passion for achieving success are considered even more critical.

Experience selling into global markets and managing international client relationships

Ability to handle complex project-based sales with long decision cycles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing global customers

Willingness to travel internationally as required
