As we scale our reach and impact, we’re looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a territory, build lasting relationships, and drive consistent revenue results. This role is designed for someone who thrives on accountability, manages their own time effectively, and understands how to move opportunities through a structured pipeline. You’ll be expected to uncover and close new business across a range of project sizes—from $5,000 to $50,000—while maintaining a high volume of activity and contributing meaningfully to gross profit goals. This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility and clear expectations. What We Offer! • Competitive base salary + upside commission (expected earnings: $100,000+ ) • Health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match • A clear growth path within a stable, disciplined, high-performance company • Tools, CRM, and leadership support are designed for professionals who take initiative Responsibilities: • Consistently close new business and deliver against revenue and margin targets • Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients across commercial, fleet, and specialty sectors • Present tailored solutions to key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close • Execute with urgency and precision to meet activity metrics and sales goals • Own your pipeline and results in a high-visibility, quota-carrying role • Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and leadership to maximize lead generation and conversion • Follow up with prospects in a timely, purposeful manner to maintain momentum and drive deals forward • Close approximately 140 deals per year across multiple service lines Qualifications: • Proven success in a B2B sales environment with a strong history of closing deals • Industry experience in commercial construction, transportation, or signage is a plus • Comfortable owning a territory and managing your own schedule to maximize performance • Confident communicator with the ability to present value-driven solutions to decision-makers • Ability to exceed sales quotas, manage a high volume of deals, and work independently • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation role with clear revenue accountability • Strategic thinker who can build long-term client relationships and spot new opportunities • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a commitment to urgency and precision • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a sense of ownership over outcomes • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and a process-driven approach to selling Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000+ OTE
