    We’re growing and looking for a professional, motivated Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in the Vermont/Northern NY border territory. You must reside in Vermont to be considered. HVAC experience is not required — if you have a strong background in professional sales and a willingness to learn, we will provide full training and support to help you succeed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and HVAC distributors

    Promote and sell products from our respected manufacturer partners

    Deliver product presentations and provide customer support

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory

    Negotiate pricing and close sales

    Track activity and manage customer relationships using a CRM

    Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge (training provided)

    Collaborate with internal team and manufacturer partners to meet territory goals

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    Proven experience in outside or B2B sales (industry experience a plus, but not required)

    Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational habits

    Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team

    Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

    Must live in Vermont and be able to travel throughout the territory

    Valid driver’s license
