    Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Cleveland sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with operations leaders, facilities managers, and other key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial sectors.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing sales or selling to operations/facilities contacts, with the ability to prospect, manage accounts, and close deals that align with our company’s growth goals.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.

    Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.

    Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

    Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, service managers, technicians) to align solutions with customer needs.

    Deliver compelling, customized sales presentations to clients and prospects.

    Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to leadership.

    Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records of activity, pipeline, and performance.

    Requirements

    Proven outside sales or business development experience, with a strong preference for HVAC/MEP industry sales.

    Established relationships with operations, facilities, and plant management contacts are highly valued.

    Strong understanding of account management and lead generation.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

    Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: (commensurate with experience)

    Uncapped Commission and performance-based bonuses
