We are looking for a proactive, professional, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to generate new business, nurture leads, and guide clients through their project proposals and estimates. This role requires someone who is comfortable talking to homeowners, understands the rhythms of construction, and thrives on delivering value and building long-term trust. This person will serve as a key connection between clients and our production team. Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, and outreach • Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and walkthroughs with homeowners or property managers • Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid packages with accuracy and transparency • Follow up on open proposals, quotes, and pending opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners • Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics • Represent Bell Tower Restorations professionally and with integrity at all times • Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth job handoff and transition • Educate potential customers on scope, process, pricing structure, and timeline expectations Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements • Experience in sales (construction, home improvement, roofing, remodeling, or restoration preferred but not required) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to explain project scopes in a way homeowners understand • Reliable transportation for jobsite visits • Comfortable using CRM or tracking tools (or willing to learn) • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized • High integrity — follow-through and honesty are non-negotiable for this role • Willingness to learn construction terminology, estimating processes, and field workflows Compensation: $50,000
