Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Katy, TX—but more importantly, it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
In this role, you won’t just be selling—you’ll be helping homeowners find the right solutions while representing a team that values honesty, professionalism, and great customer experiences. You’ll spend your time generating and following up on leads, meeting customers in their homes, performing inspections, and delivering clear, consultative presentations tailored to their needs.
You’ll have the independence to manage your day and your pipeline, but you won’t be doing it alone. Our team supports each other, shares knowledge, and works together to create a positive, high-performing environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
