Compensation (Choose Your Path) Option 1: Salary + Commission • $40,000 base salary • 15% commission per sale • Avg. commission per sale: ~$3,000 (based on $20K average deal) Option 2: Commission-Only (Top Earners) • 25% commission • Avg. commission per sale: ~$5,000 • Upside earnings **** Renewal Commission (Year 2+) Starting in the second year, CDCN pays up to 10% recurring commission on anniversary renewals for accounts you close. This allows you to build a long-term income stream (a “book of business”). Equity Opportunity After 90 Days (Performance-Based) Eligible after 90 days based on performance and culture fit.
