    Title: Outside Sales Representative – Construction & Environmental Solutions

    Are you a construction-minded sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? A national leader in specialty containment, fluid management, and environmental solutions is expanding rapidly and seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across a high-potential territory.

    This is an ideal role for someone coming from construction, general contracting, environmental services, site services, or heavy equipment who can blend technical know-how with strong relationship-building skills.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and grow your assigned territory through job-site visits, prospecting, cold calling, GC outreach, and follow-up on referrals.

    • Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, superintendents, environmental teams, and industrial clients.

    • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposal responses based on project requirements.

    • Lead solution development by working closely with branch operations, regional leadership, and technical support teams.

    • Provide job-site technical support for tanks, boxes, filtration systems, pumps, pipe, hose, and other containment equipment.

    • Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and CADD files to recommend the right solution.

    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies relevant to construction and environmental containment.

    • Maintain accurate customer interactions, opportunities, and territory activity in the CRM.

    • Support additional duties as needed in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

    What You Bring

    • Prior success using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

    • Comfort working in indoor and outdoor job-site environments, including under and around equipment (dust, noise, and hazards may be present)

    • Demonstrated success growing a territory and building accounts through relationships and referrals

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong computer skills

    • Construction, mechanical, or environmental aptitude strongly preferred

    • Experience in industrial tank/box, filtration, petrochemical, construction, mining, oil & gas, or fluid/solids management is a major plus

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
