A national leader in specialty containment, fluid management, and environmental solutions is expanding rapidly and seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across a high-potential territory.
This is an ideal role for someone coming from construction, general contracting, environmental services, site services, or heavy equipment who can blend technical know-how with strong relationship-building skills.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow your assigned territory through job-site visits, prospecting, cold calling, GC outreach, and follow-up on referrals.
Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, superintendents, environmental teams, and industrial clients.
Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposal responses based on project requirements.
Lead solution development by working closely with branch operations, regional leadership, and technical support teams.
Provide job-site technical support for tanks, boxes, filtration systems, pumps, pipe, hose, and other containment equipment.
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and CADD files to recommend the right solution.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies relevant to construction and environmental containment.
Maintain accurate customer interactions, opportunities, and territory activity in the CRM.
Support additional duties as needed in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

What You Bring
Prior success using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfort working in indoor and outdoor job-site environments, including under and around equipment (dust, noise, and hazards may be present)
Demonstrated success growing a territory and building accounts through relationships and referrals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Construction, mechanical, or environmental aptitude strongly preferred
Experience in industrial tank/box, filtration, petrochemical, construction, mining, oil & gas, or fluid/solids management is a major plus
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
