    • Our client is a multinational access, scaffolding, and forming/shoring partner to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure customers. A footprint of 340 locations across 25 countries enables safer setups, faster schedules, and tighter cost control on maintenance and capital projects. Their commitment and service help customers maximize productivity and safety on every job site.
    • They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for their cathodic protection and technical services division across the Mid-Con region, including Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. This is a consultative, technical sales role focused on protecting critical infrastructure assets across midstream, water, power, petrochemical, and related markets. The position is ideally based in the Oklahoma City area, with flexibility around office reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and execute a regional territory strategy targeting pipelines, terminals, refineries, chemical plants, water/wastewater facilities, utilities, and infrastructure owners.
    • Develop new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers to increase market share.
    • Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
    • Scope cathodic protection needs through site visits and technical review
    • Prepare labor-inclusive proposals, material takeoffs, estimates, and schedules
    • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop project plans, material lists, and logistics strategies.
    • Support bidding efforts and assist with preliminary equipment and labor planning.
    • Manage project handoffs, kickoff coordination, and change order capture.
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline health within Salesforce.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
    • Provide technical clarification on contract terms and resolve issues during and after project execution.
    • Travel locally and regionally as required, including overnight travel up to 50%.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, mathematics, or related discipline preferred.
    • 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial or construction markets.
    • Strong understanding of cathodic protection applications within midstream, petrochemical, water, power, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Experience reading technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Ability to prepare estimates, interpret material quantities, and apply basic algebra and geometry.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 125k/year plus commission
    • Vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement
