    • Our client is a multinational access, scaffolding, and forming/shoring partner to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure customers. A footprint of 340 locations across 25 countries enables safer setups, faster schedules, and tighter cost control on maintenance and capital projects. Their commitment and service help customers maximize productivity and safety on every job site.
    • They are adding an Outside Sales Representative focused on motorized access solutions across Northern Virginia and the greater Richmond market. This is a field-based role with significant travel, calling primarily on subcontractors and contractors involved in mid- to high-rise commercial construction. The Outside Sales Representative will be focused on building a book of business, with an established target account list and strong internal support to help ramp quickly. Candidates do not need prior motorized experience; the company is open to training individuals who understand the jobsite and can grow into a consultative sales role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and develop a territory by targeting subcontractors and contractors involved in commercial construction projects, particularly those working on multi-story structures.
    • Conduct job site visits to understand scope, access challenges, and equipment needs.
    • Recommend motorized access solutions including mast climbers and swing stages based on project requirements.
    • Develop relationships with key trades including masonry, glazing, drywall, concrete restoration, and painting contractors.
    • Generate proposals and quotations aligned with jobsite needs and project timelines.
    • Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure proper equipment selection, delivery, and execution.
    • Manage and grow customer relationships while identifying repeat and referral opportunities.
    • Track pipeline activity and maintain organized customer records within CRM systems.
    • Stay engaged through project execution to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Outside sales experience OR field experience in commercial construction with a desire to move into sales.
    • Background working with or selling to trades such as masonry, glazing, drywall, concrete restoration, or high-rise construction.
    • Familiarity with jobsite environments and how projects are executed.
    • Ability to evaluate job-site conditions and recommend practical solutions.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and work independently.
    • Experience with equipment rental, access solutions, or construction services is a plus, but not required.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 75k – 100k/year range plus quarterly bonuses
