    Outside Sales Representative - Construction Motorized Access Solutions - Base Salary to 75k/year - Memphis, TN

    • Our client is a multinational access, scaffolding, and forming/shoring partner to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure customers. With more than 340 locations across 25 countries, they help contractors complete projects safer, faster, and more efficiently through engineered access, containment, and jobsite support solutions. Their teams support both maintenance and new construction projects by delivering systems that improve productivity and safety on complex job sites.
    • They are adding an Outside Sales Representative for the Memphis market focused on motorized access solutions, including mast climbers, swing stages, and other specialized work platform systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, calling on subcontractors and contractors, and helping customers determine the right equipment configuration to complete work safely and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage a territory prospecting plan focused on motorized access opportunities within active and upcoming construction projects.
    • Develop relationships with subcontractors, contractors, and project managers responsible for façade work, masonry, glazing, restoration, and other trades requiring elevated access.
    • Conduct site visits to evaluate jobsite conditions and recommend appropriate motorized access equipment and configurations.
    • Translate project scope into equipment proposals and rental quotations aligned with project timelines and safety requirements.
    • Coordinate with branch operations and technical teams to ensure proper equipment selection, availability, and delivery.
    • Support project startups and remain engaged with customers to ensure the equipment solution performs as expected.
    • Maintain organized pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer records within CRM systems.
    • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and introduce additional access solutions where appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    • Outside sales experience with a track record of developing and closing new business.
    • Background in construction equipment rental, access equipment, or construction-related sales preferred.
    • Experience selling to subcontractors or working closely with jobsite trades is highly desirable.
    • Ability to evaluate jobsite conditions and recommend practical equipment solutions.
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and comfort working independently in the field.
    • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 60k - 75k/year range plus commission
