Qualifications: WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven sales closer with experience in home services, construction, or technical sales. You've consistently hit quota and know how to ask for the business. • Design software aptitude or construction background. You can quickly learn professional design software to create deck/outdoor living solutions on-site, or you have hands-on building experience that translates to design capability. • Fast thinker who thrives on volume. Our Express Builds are designed for same-day design, quote, and close. You excel when speed and efficiency drive results. • Systems-driven professional. Comfortable with technology, CRM discipline, and clear accountability metrics. Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, technology proficiency Compensation: $100,000+ OTE
