Responsibilities

Analyze customers’ current water quality and offer solutions to address and improve specific needs

Build solid, long-term relationships with customers

Communicate consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments

Regularly seek out and generate additional business opportunities

Report sales activities/updates on a daily and weekly basis

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Three years of sales experience is preferred, but not required

Consistently present a polished, professional appearance

Pro-grade customer service skills and best practices will be considered

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Culligan of Red Wing, Minnesota, is a family owned and operated business. Owner Justin Bohl started working for Culligan while still in high school and eventually purchased the Red Wing location in October of 2016 from his step father. During his 10+ years as a Culligan Man, Justin surrounded himself with the fantastic team of service technicians and office staff that you know today. Customer service has always been the number one priority at Culligan of Red Wing. Each and every team member has proven their dedication to solving complex water problems while making the in-home service experience as simple as possible. This dedication to customer service led the team to expand their services and begin offering residential plumbing assistance in 2021.
