OTE: $80,000–$100,000

Divided Sky Roofing & Solar is hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to handle appointments, inspections, and customer consultations throughout Central Texas.

This role combines base salary stability with strong commission upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and generate appointments
• Perform detailed roof inspections
• Present roofing and solar solutions
• Guide customers through the insurance claims process
• Manage follow-up and close sales
• Oversee projects through completion

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
