    Earth Saving Solutions (ESS) is a family-owned, full-service general contractor based in Denver, Colorado, dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship while supporting veterans, championing eco-conscious practices, and providing 24/7 emergency restoration and insurance-advocacy services. We’re expanding across the Front Range and seeking seasoned sales agents to drive growth in our Exteriors & Roofing, Commercial Construction, and/or Residential Construction divisions. Responsibilities: Business Development & Pipeline ManagementLead Generation : Identify and qualify high-value prospects via cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and digital channels. • CRM Mastery : Maintain an accurate, up-to-date GoHighLevel pipeline; log all activities, follow-ups, and client interactions. • Cross-Division Strategy: Seamlessly pivot between divisions—selling roofing systems and exterior envelopes; tenant improvements and ground-up commercial builds; plus luxury home remodels and new-construction projects. Client Consultation & AdvocacySite Assessments : Conduct thorough inspections for hail, wind, water, fire, ADA accessibility, and structural needs; document findings with drone footage, thermal imaging, and measurements (equipment available on request). • Insurance Expertise : Prepare claim packages, liaise directly with adjusters, and advocate on behalf of clients to overturn denials and secure full reimbursements. • Solution Design: Partner with ESS’s AKBD-certified design team, engineering group, and restoration specialists to craft value-engineered proposals highlighting sustainability (e.g., recycled-content shingles, low-VOC materials) and fast-track schedules. Proposal Development & ClosingDetailed Bids : Create professional, line-item estimates; offer phased implementation options and tiered pricing to match budgetary needs. • Presentation Skills : Deliver polished pitch decks—onsite or via video conference—tailored to executives, facility managers, homeowners, or HOA boards. • Negotiation & Close: Navigate complex contracts, secure signatures, and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Relationship Building & After-Sales SupportAccount Management : Develop long-term partnerships through proactive project updates, performance reports, and maintenance-plan recommendations. • Referral Network : Cultivate relationships with realtors, property managers, insurance agents, and local businesses to fuel continuous lead flow. • Team Collaboration : Coordinate hand-offs to ESS’s restoration crews (MIT/EMS), contents specialists (CNC), rebuild teams (RECON), and commercial finish experts (COMM) for seamless project delivery. Qualifications: Core QualificationsSales Experience : 3–7+ years closing high-ticket B2B and/or B2C deals in roofing/exteriors, commercial construction, or tenant improvements, and residential remodels/new builds. • Technical Savvy : Proficient with Xactimate and BuilderTrend; comfortable interpreting blueprints, scope documents, and code compliance requirements. • Insurance Advocacy : Demonstrated success in negotiating with insurance carriers, preparing claims, and overturning denials. • Communication : Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to simplify technical details for non-technical audiences. • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, family-owned culture. Preferred Attributes • Existing network within Colorado’s commercial real estate, HOA boards, or developer communities. • Leadership ambition: ready to mentor junior sales consultants or scope out new territories. Compensation: $60,000 - $88,000 yearly
