Job Description: Outside Sales Representative – Fleet & Commercial Accounts
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our B2B commercial portfolio. You will hunt for new business, secure fleet repair agreements, and manage relationships with local companies, logistics providers, and corporate fleets. Your primary goal is to turn cold leads into long-term maintenance and repair contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Leads: Prospect, cold call, and visit local businesses to identify fleet service opportunities.
Close Agreements: Negotiate and secure fleet repair contracts and preventive maintenance agreements.
Present Solutions: Deliver pitches detailing our priority turnaround times, pricing, and capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (automotive or industrial field preferred).
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of cold calling, overcoming objections, and closing contracts.
Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal verbal skills.
Compensation
Commission based
