Gutters by Berger Home Services is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to run qualified appointments, help homeowners solve drainage and gutter problems, and close profitable work.
We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and ask for the sale without acting weird about money.
What you’ll do
Run scheduled estimate appointments with homeowners
Inspect homes and recommend the right solution
Quote gutter installation, gutter guards, repairs, and cleaning
Follow company sales process and pricing structure
Submit clean, accurate paperwork and job details
Follow up on open estimates
Self-generate opportunities when possible through neighborhood networking, referrals, and canvassing
What we’re looking for
Outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred
Home services experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays
Coachable, accountable, and organized
Able to use a CRM, phone, and basic technology without melting down
