Be part of a tight-knit local team with a mission to serve Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Drive outside sales across Mobile, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Fairhope, Gulf Shores, and surrounding areas • Meet face-to-face with qualified seller leads who’ve contacted us for help • Conduct property walk-throughs and evaluate homes using our proven systems and tools • Present and negotiate win-win real estate solutions with homeowners • Manage leads and sales opportunities in our CRM system • Stay active in local networking events, trade shows, and community sales activities • Collaborate with a passionate local team led by Alabama-native investor Rhen Bartlett Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:3–5 years of outside sales experience , preferably in home services, real estate, or B2C direct sales • Strong communication, interpersonal, and closing skills • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license — this is a mobile, in-person sales position • A self-motivated, competitive mindset with the ability to hit and exceed sales quotas • Strong follow-up habits and detail orientation — we win by staying consistent! Preferred (But Not Required): • Background in real estate sales , insurance, solar, pest control, roofing, or home improvement sales • Prior experience selling in Mobile, AL , Baldwin County , or similar Southern markets • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional training Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000+ annual income potential
