About Us
We are Henderson Distributing and we have recently launched a new food service program, with the help of Big Easy Foods, designed to help stores grow sales, attract new customers, and stand out from competitors. Now we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our program into new markets.
The Role
As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our C-store program. You’ll work directly with gas stations and convenience store owners to present, pitch, and close deals. Once a store is on board, you’ll also help oversee the equipment install and program launch to ensure success.
This is a hunter role — perfect for someone who loves the challenge of going door-to-door, building relationships, and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and visit convenience stores within your territory
Present our new food program to store owners/managers
Negotiate, close deals, and collect payment
Coordinate installation of equipment and program setup
Maintain ongoing customer relationships to maximize growth
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in outside sales, territory sales, or account management
Strong closer with consultative sales approach
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Experience in C-store, food & beverage, or distribution sales
What’s In It For You
Base Salary of $50,000 with bonuses for equipment installed and a 13 week average payout for an additional $50-55,000/year. Total $100,000+ for base and commission yearly salary.
