    Herrmann Construction Co LLC is a leading residential concrete contractor specializing in driveways, patios, sidewalks, and pool decks. We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to drive new business, manage leads, and close deals. This role will be critical in helping us scale our ever-growing company by converting inquiries into satisfied, repeat customers. Construction sales experience is not required but a bonus. Bring the right attitude, and we will train you on the rest! Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales: • Respond promptly to inbound leads from phone calls, website forms, and social media • Qualify leads and schedule site visits • Perform accurate measurements and gather project details • Prepare and present professional estimates/proposals • Follow up consistently to close sales Customer Relationship Management: • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients • Build trust through clear communication and honest recommendations • Maintain relationships with past customers for referrals and repeat work Market Development: • Network with builders, landscapers, pool companies, and other referral partners • Attend local events, home shows, or industry meetups to generate leads • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities on current jobs Collaboration: • Coordinate with the owner and project manager for accurate scheduling and scope handoff • Work with the office administrator to ensure proposals and contracts are properly documented Qualifications: Requirements • 2+ years of sales experience. Experience in construction, home improvement, or related field is a bonus! • Basic understanding of residential concrete work or willingness to learn quickly! • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized • Ability to measure accurately and visualize project layouts • Proficient in email, CRM systems, and basic mobile apps • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $67,500 - $78,000 yearly
