    About the Role

    We’re looking for a driven and highly skilled Acquisition Manager who knows how to build trust, solve problems, and close deals with motivated homeowners.

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for running appointments, presenting offers, and negotiating contracts directly with sellers. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners find fast, stress-free solutions while driving revenue for the company.

    Your Day-to-Day

    Speak with motivated homeowners and run appointments

    Present cash offers and property solutions

    Negotiate and close contracts directly with sellers

    Build strong rapport and trust with homeowners

    Manage deals from initial conversation through contract

    Collaborate with the team to move deals efficiently to closing

    Follow up consistently to maximize conversions

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong sales and negotiation skills

    Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly

    Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

    Real estate acquisition experience is a plus

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
