Window World of Connecticut is hiring motivated individuals in Manchester, CT for an Outside Sales Representative / In-Home Sales Consultant position.

This is a full-time opportunity in the fast-growing home improvement and exterior remodeling industry, offering pre-qualified appointments, paid training, and unlimited earning potential. No prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales consultations throughout the state of Ct

Demonstrate and explain energy-efficient replacement windows and exterior products

Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions

Prepare contracts and manage required documentation

Provide customer follow-up throughout project completion

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Engaging, outgoing personality

Self-motivated and coachable

Reliable transportation required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Sales experience preferred but not required
